一向愛吃中菜嘅我，終於約齊三個好耐冇見嘅姊妹去灣仔明閣食個晚飯！飲杯先！！！明閣三小碟。搭配Petrichor前菜，冰鎮鹅肝，叉燒，帶子，配上西柚味氈酒配烏龍茶，既fusion又開胃，唔錯唔錯！艇皇花膠魚蓉羹小學已經夠膽同呀媽講冇湯系食唔到飯嘅我，熱辣辣嘅艇皇花膠魚蓉羹系我嘅推介呀魚子醬雪地明蝦球聽個名好有去左雪地滑雪🎿嘅感覺😂😂真系睇得又食得，爽爽嘅🦐鮮花椒蒸龍躉柳惹味加魚嘅鮮味，怕腥嘅朋友都話好食呀油雞縱菌黑豚肉脆米炒飯不一樣嘅炒飯，有口感，不油不膩最後，當然要來個甜品作結。。。生磨蛋白杏仁茶完滿，完美！值得推介給大家嘅中菜！！
