To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近數月都會到筲箕灣覓食，上星期喺呢一間店度食拉麵，發現有其他嘢食，所以今次專登嚟食刺身同生蠔。今日兩款生蠔都非常大隻，分別係Ireland Rock and France Gillardeau。兩款蠔都十分鮮甜肥美，售價都係$48、$68，正！刺身就有三文魚腩同中Toro。三文魚腩勁肥！另有燒油金魚較和串燒。油甘魚魚較燒得非常好，塊皮燒到有少少焦，非常見口。總結，性價比高。
