平時去食打邊爐,第一次見用木桶打邊爐,認真好特別。木桶入面有排氣孔,滾一滾嗰陣,睇落有啲像材料喺度浸緊溫泉♨😂餐廳好多款爐底可以選擇,有海鮮款,養生款,仲有野味款,即係我揀既雞煲😂今次叫左雞煲BB辣,已經好足夠,因為怕越滾越辣😆雞肉食落比起想像中嫩滑,雞肉已經入曬醬料既味道,唔需要滾多幾次,雞肉先有味道,可以一擺台即刻可以開餐。自己係撈嘢食既時候,發現左石春😂忍唔住影返張相,聽餐廳侍應話,好像我打雞煲咁,石春可以幫助免黏底,減少油份,咁就會健康d 啦😎食完雞煲,就可以加湯正式打邊爐。當日6點半就入場食,所以可以享有早場優惠價$98加一份海鮮拼盤。$98認真好抵食,有龍蝦,帶子,鮑魚,蝦,全部都係大大件。配菜方面都叫左好多款食,我食既人都懷疑食唔食得曬🙈第一次食豆腐係有心心型,未食見到都開心😄我朋友話呢間餐廳好有心思,連配菜都要搞搞新意思👍仲有我朋友最鍾意食既海帶結。打邊爐必備既響鈴同炸魚皮😍響鈴同炸魚皮都可以叫雙拼,可以試下多D款式。最難得係呢兩款都係新鮮炸出黎,一上台我仲feel 到熱添😯響鈴叫左原味同芝士米網,魚皮就叫左原味同鹹蛋黃味。總括黎講,真係食得好飽😂

自己係撈嘢食既時候,發現左石春😂忍唔住影返張相,聽餐廳侍應話,好像我打雞煲咁,石春可以幫助免黏底,減少油份,咁就會健康d 啦😎
