2/3/2019 @Spark Bar & Restaurant 住香港這麼多年,一直都沒有到過蘭桂坊,今日男朋友帶我來行下,到了一間樓上餐廳食飯,餐廳位於4樓,所以都算開揚,而且餐廳燈光比較柔和,凝造了一種浪漫的氣氛。今晚的廚師推介有羊腩,正合我們的口味。首先先上有少少甜味的麵包送欖油,前菜,18 hours Sous Vide Prime Shot Rib Tempura, 係紫菜包住牛肋骨肉再炸脆,食落紫菜好香好脆,牛肋骨肉有濃濃的牛肉香味,而且好有口感。半份Lumachine Canbonara, 有4份海膽,非常鮮味!十分creamy!Canbonara都非常夠味,和海膽的味道十分配合。羊腩配麵包(麵包有點辣,辣到我吃不了),羊腩炆得非常腍!而家充滿羊的"臊"味,喜歡吃羊的人一定會喜歡!
