今日放工去左銅鑼灣行街食飯,之前公司同事推薦銅鑼灣有間蠔吧可以試下,所以今次經過附近就決定試試,打電話book咗夜晚7:30,去到時發現餐廳都幾乎滿座,好彩有事前訂位,入面裝修幾四正,工業風設計。我地見到有生蠔套餐,叫支酒加$50就可以有半打蠔,感覺幾抵,所以叫左支南非chardonnay 白酒,都只係$198,跟住再叫左個一口和牛、白酒煮蜆、威爾斯羊架,食物冇等好耐就到枱,首先係支酒同啲生蠔,支酒係果味重既,所以偏酸,齋飲會覺得一般,但食完蠔再飲,又覺得啱啱好,仲會帶出蠔既鮮味,唔錯,至於蠔就唔算大隻,但食落都鮮甜,肉質比較creamy,又帶啲海水味,幾有層次。跟住輪到一口和牛,分量唔算多,但聞落幾香,不過食落雖然有濃郁嘅牛味,但煎得有啲過,肉質偏硬。至於白酒煮蜆,啲蜆煮得剛剛好,個汁都煮得唔錯,白酒唔會落得太多太酸或太甜搶咗個鮮味,雖然偏咸,但連埋啲蜆一齊食啱啱好。最後個羊架,我係最滿意既,雖然佢冇問我哋要幾成熟,但上碟時又煎得幾好喎,目測Medium,食落真係啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩,完全唔硬,又唔會太生有血水,肥瘦適中,亦都冇乜羊羶味,十分滿意,推介。我地掛住食野,搞到支酒都未飲哂,所

我地掛住食野,搞到支酒都未飲哂,所以最後我地叫多4隻生蠔,送酒食🤣係南非No.1同Gillardeau,超大隻,超creamy,超滿足。
