To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訓醒諗住去附近嘅市政大廈食個早餐，我同老婆每人都想食餐蛋麵，所以叫左兩份，唔洗爭。每份都跟牛油多士，佢熱啡我凍OT。先上檸茶，等左15分鐘乜都無，所以上去同啊姐追追個熱啡，未行到去佢大大聲同我講: 又要乜呀？我: 我無又要乜。。。我想追追杯熱咖啡唔該佢: 坐邊呀？我乜都沖哂啦我: 咁我想追追一杯熱咖啡，等左3個字啦佢: 我都無單，熱定凍呀？我: 熱佢: 坐邊呀？我都無單我: 唔好意思，真係唔關我事最後熱啡到左，不過兩碗麵都未到。再同第二個追追，佢話多單，等多陣。最後兩碗麵上左，不過個麵未熟嘅，鬼咁硬，完全係細個中學年代canteen 果種泡麵。然後餐蛋麵嘛。。。應該兩份一樣但係有一份無左一半蛋但係又多咗條腸其實我都唔明點樣20分鐘可以出個唔熟嘅麵，又可以甩漏到咁。多士又淋又凍，湯底又無味。如果唔係誠記無開，真係唔會行過嚟。真係不了。
