To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次同朋友一齊去尼間店食叫咗清湯蟲草花雞湯米線➕芝心丸酸辣粉、夫妻肺片米線食落一般，清湯米線一樣🌚加咗8$芝心丸，皮好硬同尼隻芝士唔好食🌚酸辣粉完全淨係酸味，冇辣味🌚粉啲份量都好少，食唔飽🌚夫妻肺片啲味道偏酸、冇辣同麻🌚牛展得2塊厚嘅，冇滷肉香味🌚金錢肚好大條，咬唔到🌚夫妻肺片份量超少🌚侍應服務有待改善，完全聽唔到叫落單上食物時間好慢，以為漏咗單，等咗好耐整體冇特別（味道、食物）同樣價錢可以食到其他好食啲米線以後都唔會再來🌚
