To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺電子點餐機落單,叫咗一個下午茶餐迷你海南雞飯,付款完後走去櫃面前面等拎外賣。看着店員在預備外賣餐盒,感覺他有點不知所措。我那個迷你飯盒裝好雞件後,他就放在那個油淋淋的海南雞大鐵盤上,感覺有點不太衛生。返到屋企打開個飯盒,見到啲雞件其實成堆都係雞皮嚟嘅,到底我係唔係叫咗海南雞皮飯…… 以後都唔會再幫襯
