To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不會再來的片皮鴨

之前幾年都有食過幾次的片皮鴨，印象中是很不錯的，剛巧有$300-$100的商場餐飲優惠卷就去排隊再食吧，前一日1:45到因為已滿座白走一次，改天11:00就到排隊，11:30準時入座，11:45全店滿座了，人氣爆燈，終於片皮鴨在下單後45分鐘上枱了，賣相驟眼看以為還好，一食，不得了，一個字肥，兩個字好肥，要自行去了皮下油脂仍食到一口油，而且片皮又厚又有大又細又拖刀不斷，本人絕對不會回頭再來，不知道是否因為商場有推廣大家有優惠券，餐廳唔憂做而令水準大降，呢個價錢不值。
