To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務生不足，態度極差。收起個餐牌，要問先比。叫十樣有3樣冇。咁大間酒樓連炒飯炒面都話冇。個侍應最好笑係成30分鐘後先上白飯，重話白飯都就快冇曬。茶壺冇水唔好唸住有人得閒同你攪囉。叫個湯，成餐飯食曬先到。當糖水食？叫壽包都話要睇下有冇，咩事呀！？晚市2100左右者，就換早市餐牌，有時間都唔執下枱，沖下茶壺啲水。唔怪得冇乜人食啦，都怪自己一開始冇望下Openrice 啲人寫乜。重話婚宴專門，自己唸下係咪真係喺度擺。
