To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從來未寫過食評，不過今次有感而發，今日老公收工收夜左，所以去左正記買野食，買左個椒鹽豬扒飯同凍奶茶，盛惠62蚊，翻到屋企一打開，飯超多，但豬扒得3小塊，仲要其中2塊係骨，老公嬲到震，迫於無奈用美極撈飯，實在太過份，如果真心做街坊生意，唔好咁衰，如果因為成本，咁就無咁大個頭就唔好戴咁大頂帽，學人開24小時啦！
