行開旺角,長輩相信大牌子,稻香又算出名,因為未夠鐘食唔到商場大大塊廣告牌寫既宵夜火鍋,咁咪食小菜囉.因為仲有啲吉位,攞完飛就即刻入去.見到各個侍應都做緊自己野,無理由要佢地停底招呼自己,但當你見到個個侍應都望一望你,明明見到我地揮手示意,佢地都毫無反應再揼底頭慢條斯里咁繼續做自己野就會覺得不是味兒架喇.因為侍應實在太難叫,最後搵座位,攞餐牌(搵唔到,淨係係隔離枱搵到點餸紙),攞洗碗兜,倒洗碗水,都係自己搞掂,覺得自己食緊自助餐咁.琵琶鴨,皮睇嚟好靚,有油而已脆脆地,但係肉質就鞋颯颯.而且無論係皮定係肉都無味.伴碟既饅頭底部竟然係濕濕地既.薑蔥焗大魚頭,上菜時仲有啫啫聲,但加得太多油,成碟餸好似肥淋淋咁.雖然話係薑蔥焗大魚頭,配菜有9成係蔥,其實我一件薑都見唔到,怕係可能我咁啱我見唔到啫.魚雲當然應該冧啦,但肉既部份點都應該有咬口.但係成碟魚碟係非常非常冧,真係唔太識形容.黑椒扣大元蹄上枱時已經唔熱,洋蔥仲要生歐歐.食落有酸味而無黑椒味,真係好怪.叫侍應跟進,佢入完廚房出返嚟話係正常,因為廚所加咗浙江醋.或者我見識少,但黑椒配浙江醋咁特別?咁點解唔叫,浙江醋扣大元蹄,叫得黑椒扣大元蹄就梗

其實叫咗2碗翅既,到埋單都未嚟,驚計埋落張單度所以問下收銀,佢答咗句一早賣晒啦.唉,連賣晒都唔識通知聲客人.其實令人不滿既地方唔止咁少,不過算喇.服務,食物如此質素仍然可以生存,但好味既餐廳就逐漸消失,可悲.
