To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在南丫島,只有兩家較為大的海鮮店,在別無選擇之下,我們選了這一家「海景民豐海鮮酒家」。看看餐牌,價錢都不便宜呢,普通的一個小菜都要$88-$118,而我們一心到南丫島,當然不會吃小菜呢,我們點了4款海鮮,有「薑蔥炒蟹」﹑「豉油王煎大蝦」﹑「豉汁炒聖子王」和「豉椒炒大蜆」,結帳時竟然要$920元。立時,我都瞪大了眼睛,再看看發票,4款海鮮和一枝啤酒,再加上茶介和加一服務小費,所以合共要$920元呢﹗細小的一隻蟹,只有賣相,味道卻一般的薑蔥炒法,竟然要$300元,根本不值呢...這款才認真離譜的「豉油王煎大蝦」要$240元,只有手指般大的蝦,怎都稱不上大蝦,而且味道咸得過份呢,自家煮的還要比他好吃得多啊﹗「豉汁炒聖子王」$148,不過不失,是一般酒家應有的水準呢...只有這款$88的炒大蜆,才是真正的大蜆呢...吃上這一頓毫不值千元的海鮮午餐,真的心有不甘呢,氣還頂在心口﹗連想喝杯水都要開一枝曠泉水,感覺真的很差勁呢,要是在大酒店或者華麗的餐廳,我都覺得理所當然,但在這種地方,喝水都要收錢,就真的過份了。我們經常在西貢光顧的哪家海鮮店,4道海鮮連飲品,結帳才不過$700元有找,味道還很好呢

連想喝杯水都要開一枝曠泉水,感覺真的很差勁呢,要是在大酒店或者華麗的餐廳,我都覺得理所當然,但在這種地方,喝水都要收錢,就真的過份了。

我們經常在西貢光顧的哪家海鮮店,4道海鮮連飲品,結帳才不過$700元有找,味道還很好呢﹗所以,對於今次的到遊,就被這一家無良海鮮店給了一個壞印象呢﹗
