一年一度媽媽生日飯,排咗幾個月先食到,ah.…可以一試,但唔好俾社交媒體 搞到你好有期望!我嘅食評係:爵士湯一係好勁足料,咸甜中和得幾好,超多花膠螺頭,但不夠火喉,似清湯,沒有湯膠。雞油花雕🦀️陳村粉-蟹好新鮮有肉有汁,但好明顯個芡同個粉唔夾,師傅功力尚需提升。冰鎮鮑魚-好硬,老人家完全食唔到,煮得太熟雪得太耐,個酒有啲甜,麻麻地。冰鎮士多啤梨骨-好脆,不過有啲細粒,5juicy同多炸粉,個醬係掛到個脆皮嘅,用煮食用具來裝餸,賣相超扣分!蝦籽花膠柚皮-呢個菜超難煮得好,花膠滿到瀉,但個柚皮太淋,重要有苦澀味,阿媽話榨乾水唔夠,我估係個柚子皮刮唔清,失望😢。椰汁桃膠燉雪耳- 5記得映相🤭,個奶唔香唔濃有啲咸味和so味,似奶粉開水,根本同個桃膠雪耳夾唔到,好難食😵‍💫。奶香芒果布甸-太多啫喱粉整啦,好怪!黑椒薯仔牛柳粒-牛柳有豐富黑椒包住入味,薯粒炸過香口。蒜蓉花甲蒸勝瓜-花甲瘦到食唔到,買手問題。花膠炆 龍躉腩-魚新鮮肉嫩,炸完炆都夠時間嘅,可一試蒜香大蝦蒸糯米-例牌嘢,尺寸正常,糯米唔硬,蝦新鮮嘅。油渣蝦乾炒介菜-無食,唔知豬油煮過會有幾正😋。蝦膠滑油炸鬼-彈牙又脆,少🦐膠。煙燻太爺雞-
