To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身住大埔食忠誠超過10年…每次都係屋企人要食,我就覺得食物無咩問題..最近兩次唔知咩事…上次食d食物已經唔好食…今次直頭難食…返到屋企又唔舒服..古法蒸雞完全冇味又柴皮….跟住個冬陰公湯淡如水..完全冇味..隻蝦仔又腥哼哼,個炒通菜咸到完全食唔到..我未出聲屋企人都投訴,不過食左10幾年廢事出聲..當晚我見到個個呀姐都好忙..睇住加價50$食到依家100$其實價錢都唔係平. 依家飲食業都咁難做都做到咁. 真係唔駛再去食. 希望老闆睇到可以認真處理下
