To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 基本上每年都會去大家樂食一次鐵板牛,不過價錢越來越貴,搭配的食物越來越少,質素一次比一次失望。偕同爸媽一齊去開餐,不想他們等位太久,所以六時半左右已經去到。不用多想便點了三個紐西蘭爵士牛,另加兩個甜品。未知是否預料稍後時間會很忙,我們吃的鐵板牛似是一早煮好。最差是鐵板並不夠熱,倒下醬汁時竟不冒煙。我認為這個環節是吃鐵板餐的重頭戲,看見白渺渺的濃煙,加上吱吱喳喳的聲音,配上彈跳的醬汁,真是未食先興奮。如今一切欠奉,確是有點掃興。牛排大大塊尚算嫰滑,不過如再厚切一點,口感會更加豐富。配菜實在是太少了,只有幾條豆角和一小個蕃茄。沒有蔬菜的中和,這個扒顯得很溜。酥皮湯又不錯喎!今次是甚麼甚麼魚翅湯,有紅蘿蔔和香菇等,味道得夾。炸薯角很脆口,亦有薯味,只是鹹了些少。兩款甜品:木糠布甸雪糕、紅豆涼粉雪糕,前者雖然較滯,但口味討我歡心。每人吃一個扒,實在是太飽,建議大家share來吃好了!
