前排好想食台灣野,尤其係牛肉麵,所以幾個好姐妹行完街就一齊去食台灣菜呢度開左唔係好耐,裝修都幾骨子,好彩我地都算早,所以唔洗等位就入得除左一般常見既台灣菜式之外,呢度某部份既主菜都有d fusion既感覺啵果晚我地要左兩款涼菜做頭盤開開胃,分別要左個“花雕醉雞”HKd$78+10%同“台式慢煮鹽水鴨片”HKd$58+10%兩款既味道都令人滿意,前者酒香十足,後者肉質細嫩跟著就要左兩個熱鍋,分別係“台灣大甲香芋雞”HKd$108+10%同“三杯鴨舌”HKd$128+10%前者芋香滿分,粉糯既芋頭真係食到lumlum脷而後者就入味又惹味,正之後仲嗌左個台灣常食既“豆醬炒A菜”HKd$68+10%同“忠孝牛肉湯麵(配黑湯)”HKd$73+10%個牛肉麵好有水準,牛肉滷得好入味,個麵仲好有韌勁,絕無過熟而糊口,湯底濃郁最後先黎既“慢煮.香草小牛排骨”HKd$298+10%就成為左當晚既亮點,雖然係要等耐啲,但食完之後都覺得係值得等架!肉質色澤粉嫩,入口牛香四散,沾上鹽巴更令牛鮮味道有所提升嘻嘻,女生們既飯聚都少不免甜品環節,呢個“台式黑糖燉蛋”HKd$58+10%獲得我地既一致讚好脆而焦香既
