半年之後,難得再俾我約到馬會的預約困難店,但可能因為新鮮感已失,亦可能因為時令海鮮不同,這次只覺得普通。 去年十一月首度光顧,如有貴賓級的招待之外,喜遇吃過中最肥美的秋刀及頂級野生鰤魚,今午換上右口魚及伊㙯龍蝦,不及精彩。而服務方面相比已冇咁熱誠,同樣失分!原來疫情期間依然光顧,服務人員發自心中的感激,他們也不自覺! 古金岩礦茶具 廚師發辦 $1880/位 九道菜:Iwate Sea Urchin.
