我同5月, 11月生日既朋友特別有緣, 朋友圈內佔了7成都係這兩個生日月份. 今晚同其中一位老友賀壽, 由佢發板揀食日本菜. 地點方便唔難搵, 位於銅鑼灣廣場對面既上樓鋪. 又係一店一餐廳格局, 座位幾寬敞, 人多可以book房. 餐牌好多食物, 我頗鍾情這類中價多元化食物既日本餐廳, 就算唔太食生嘢都仲有好多熱食來填飽肚.見到drink list同牆身好多正酒, 但朋友揸了車都係以茶代酒賀壽安全啲, 我趕來太熱要飲杯荔枝青蘋果梳打, 原粒荔枝同青蘋果幾夾, 清清甜甜回晒氣.(雜錦刺身 $168) 刺身款式不少, 侍應話睇睇壽司吧上既黑板就知當日邊啲精選, 我哋主要想食藍吞拿同鰹魚, 拼盤內還有墨魚, 北寄貝, 三文魚, 顏色同口感都新鮮, 每片刺身都算厚切, 即磨wasabi.(燒安格斯牛肉串 $52 / 燒雞翼$22) 安格斯牛肉串, 望落幾厚肉喎, 聞落有炭燒味喎, 食落熟成程度剛好不鞋口. 雞翼味道不算出眾, 但要讚這個起雙飛切法, 雖然仲有支骨但好易咬開, 而雞肉又唔會痴住喺竹纖.(蒜香燒廣島蠔$72/2隻) 原來8:30後$18/只, 似中式既蒜蓉蒸扇貝,蠔肉juicy不過
