前晚收早,想約媽媽去打邊爐,又想搵一間有特色嘅餐廳,於是上網搵,搵到一間出名主要食牛嘅火鍋店,就是這間616牛肉火鍋店,我同媽咪都超鍾意食牛,而且佢仲開到咁夜,九點半入座都得,於是就決定同媽咪去試一試!去到見到每一張枱嘅客人都叫咗338全牛肉套餐,佢包晒飲品、醬油、仲有牛骨湯底, 我當然都照叫了!湯底一嚟到,我同媽媽即刻試吓個湯,果然同一般喺火鍋店食到嘅鴛鴦湯底、清湯、番茄湯、沙嗲湯、日式醬油湯底,與別不同。 338全牛套餐嚟到,佢放材料嘅方法是按照牛嘅部位來放,連個碟都係牛嘅形狀,非常特別!最貼心嘅係,餐紙(墊枱紙)上都印有牛嘅部位,我哋究竟食緊牛嘅邊一個部份,食嘅時候都很清楚,佢連我哋應該煮幾耐嘅秒數都寫下,非常貼心!味道方面,的確好有牛味!牛腩本身都有味道,其實唔使點醬油都得!牛筋很滑,牛柏葉亦很爽口!我哋仲叫咗啲配料,例如有響鈴、粟米等。響鈴都OK ,粟米非常甜。唯一唔太方便嘅,就係間店比較隔涉,有一點難搵。
