To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次慶祝生日book omakase,提早左差唔多成個月book,本身滿心期待,點知係一次極其失望!食嘢普普通通不過不失,冇好驚艷嘅菜式。最令人失望同氣憤係壽司師傅嘅服務,omakase正路上完一道會抹碟,然而師傅冇抹碟。唔抹碟都算啦,重點壽司師傅連處理食材都十分大意,係壽司到食到魚鱗⁉️魚鱗⁉️魚鱗⁉️真係無語,不知所謂‼️由頭到腳壽司師傅都冇問過我地嘅食物質素如何,相反同隔離台客(同樣係生客)keep住講marvel,Netflix一堆垃圾說話,仲會問人地食物如何...而同我地介紹每一道餸都係hea住來,食到臨尾道菜都未食完,師傅極速執嘢好趕客,觀感十分唔好💢如果揀omakase的話,唔建議呢間,除非想體驗食魚鱗可以一試(´▽`)

最令人失望同氣憤係壽司師傅嘅服務,omakase正路上完一道會抹碟,然而師傅冇抹碟。
唔抹碟都算啦,重點壽司師傅連處理食材都十分大意,係壽司到食到魚鱗⁉️魚鱗⁉️魚鱗⁉️真係無語,不知所謂‼️

由頭到腳壽司師傅都冇問過我地嘅食物質素如何,相反同隔離台客(同樣係生客)keep住講marvel,Netflix一堆垃圾說話,仲會問人地食物如何...而同我地介紹每一道餸都係hea住來,食到臨尾道菜都未食完,師傅極速執嘢好趕客,觀感十分唔好💢

如果揀omakase的話,唔建議呢間,除非想體驗食魚鱗可以一試(´▽`)
