To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「一杯」個人認為係觀塘區最好味嘅日本居酒屋。價錢偏貴,但份量同誠意都十足。一坐低,店員就會介紹是日廚師推介。今日嘅廚師推介係「A5和牛廣島蠔卷」,$280一份。和牛肉汁鮮嫩包住隻鮮甜廣島蠔。「南瓜沙津」,其實我唔太好南瓜,但依個南瓜蓉我又唔抗拒,上面既炸南瓜脆片仲好好味,個沙律汁仲好夾。「豚平關西燒」,入面既五花腩一d都唔膩,用鐵板炒,加埋個日式燒汁,食完可以再食。「東洋卷」,用班㦸皮包實牛油果、鰻魚、蟹籽,口味清新,另一必食之選。「三文魚茶漬飯」,相比其他食物遜色,不試也罷。「關西燒二品」,大大份,揀左雞肉、蟹肉做配料,有大量耶菜絲加日式燒汁,下次都會再食。串燒揀左「免治雞肉串」可以不食,「燒牛舌」太好味所以即時叫第二round,「雞肉京蔥串」配搭一流。「炸雞香蔥汁」雞炸得過熟同個汁少咸。「牛肉年糕串」口感特別。「廚師推介十件」件件壽司都很新鮮。
