To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入到餐廳就見到好多張枱都有Happy Birthday 或者Happy Anniversary字眼，枱面仲擺放咗一枝紅玫瑰🌹真係好有氛圍感😍，真係一個適🈴慶祝🍾或餐聚嘅好地方❣️餐廳環境舒適且優雅，坐得又舒服😌侍應服務態度非常好，又有禮貌，仲好helpful ，會主動幫我哋影合照💕叫完野食，侍應隨即就送上餐包油封法國鵪鶉脾及栗子一打開盒就有煙熏香味，細細隻鵪鶉脾細嫩入味，食落好惹味香草牛油烤龍蝦意大利麵賣相好靚，龍蝦非常新鮮，咬落彈牙，意大利麵口感煙韌，整個配搭都好出色板燒澳洲穀飼羊鞍扒羊架叫咗7️⃣成熟，煎得好靚，羊肉鮮美多汁，食落一啲都唔會羶，點上汁食就更增添風味脆皮士多啤梨椰子杏仁蛋白蛋糕甜品有寫碟，真係好有心思🥰打卡一流👍🏻外層係脆口嘅朱古力，裡面嘅蛋糕配上香甜而不膩嘅士多啤梨醬真係非常美味
