To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚到了這自助餐廳，希望有一個滿意的晚餐。可能係節目期間，所以 稍為多人。收費仍然是近$500元一位。員工明顯不足夠支援這數目的顧客。海鮮食物清盤後很久都不加添。芝士盤竟沒有芝士刀，要用一茶匙 cut 芝士。在各海鮮吧， 壽司吧 及茶水吧全塲均無 檸檬供應。 檯面食完碗碟又無人收取。 燒烤食物 燒焦了很多。帶子又不足夠。 食物質素全部一般。 龍蝦湯有半隻龍蝦味道尚好。 甜品款式很多及供應足夠。 還好有某個信用卡有65折。整體這個晚餐不太好。
