To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人是大喜屋既放題的粉絲，係尖沙咀行街嘅時候發現到又開咗間殿大喜屋， 心急嘅情況約咗東東去食，平日食開上大喜屋都知一定要Book位先有得食，立即叫東東打電話去訂位。我地食嗰日係星期日，時段18:00－20:30。每位收費$348(未計加一)， 呢間同極上大喜屋同大喜屋有啲唔同，呢間有自助餐可以系出邊拎嘢食。Order嘅嘢都唔少，刺身、壽司、火灸、蒸焗、一品料理、炸物、燒物、麵粉煮物等等。海膽壽司， 必要試！海膽既厚身又肥美，入口鮮甜完全唔苦冇腥味。牛肉鍋，點點也不HEA～牛肉都幾多！肉夠嫩，湯夠濃味。 再加上有啲菜、粉絲。芝士Ball，外面整得好夠脆，一咬嘅嘅時候熱辣辣嘅芝士已經流晒出嚟。自助區：飲品有好多種野果汁、汽水、咖啡、茶、酒類應有盡有，超過十多款。有啲係罐裝有，啲係自己沖嘅。 自助區：沙律Bar！有很多吾同款既菜，又有Parmesan Cheese同PARMA HAM，好正AR！PARMA HAM滿有嘅鹹香味，百吃不厭。Parmesan Cheese味道濃香。自助區：和牛薄燒，排隊嘅人數好多都等左成五分鐘先拎到，味道鮮嫩多肉汁，但未去到入口即溶的水準， 已經很好吃。 ice
