To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日大姥大做宣傳，令我想起早前去食過的翡翠拉麵小籠包AirSide新店。新商場旺咗一陣，品牌新店開咗都帶咗點驚喜。望住大玻璃窗外，想像第日工程落成後的風景，門店樓底高等，營造咗良好的飲食心情。以前翡翠拉麵的感覺，就是食過麵食過點心而矣，今次夾雜咗小菜，感覺是另一番。新店菜式味道確有改進，環境和服務亦都與過去不同。對，制服更換了。有人話這商場開始由熱鬧回到平靜，但在一個輕輕鬆鬆的用餐環境，是一種享受。
