To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物正常，冇咩特別驚喜。但最主要係……食物唔夠衛生，但估計唔會導致你肚屙既（或許因人而已）。點解我咁講？？好簡單，有邊間上海菜館「小籠包」入邊會有韭菜？！完全九唔搭八，當然唔係粒粒有啦~ 斷估都係唔小心跌咗落去😪「口水牛展」本身配辣，店主梗係以為咁樣就可以蓋過牛展已經變壞嘅味道，可惜結果係……絕對食得出，好嗎？！！「上湯小棠菜」就好鬼新鮮，新鮮到有半條菜蟲屍，哈哈哈！我自己就唔敢再食！各位大可攞出你哋嘅勇氣去幫襯下~
