To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大發自從得獎之後, 由一家小小的茶餐廳變成人所共知的金茶王, 特登走去幫襯, 難免有點期望的.但失望就由踏入餐廳的第一步開始.去到有大約十幾人在等位, OK, 拎紙等位, 大約5分鐘, 到我了, 收銀姐姐指我去行去某一個角落, 去到, 未執台, 執好了, 又話呢張係4人台, 要我地坐第二度, 行去第二度, 個位又已經安排其他人入座了, 於是乎又行返轉頭.坐好了, 要餐牌, 無, 等等等, 嘩, 一個午餐40蚊, 中環的價錢, 算啦, 反正一場來到, 咖哩豬扒飯, 咖哩汁正常, 豬扒超超超難食, 俾鬆肉粉"拿"到完全無肉味, 從未食過甘難食的豬扒,芋頭雞飯, 芋頭正常, 雞肉係雪藏雞脾 + 雞翼, 味道起碼正常過豬扒.奶茶, 熱奶茶正常, 凍奶茶普通料, 屬於一試無妨, 唔會特登再返來飲的水準環境 : 正常的茶餐廳, .價錢 : 40蚊一個午餐, 係洪水橋元朗地區來計, 算係貴
