To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不夠惹味濃郁‧相當失色

有時想不到吃什麼的時候，總會想起泰國菜，剛巧父母二人都喜歡吃泰國菜，所以我們便到此用膳。串燒雞腎; 串燒雞肉一向串燒都是我們至愛之一，不過這兩款串燒都淡而無味，又不夠香口，實在令人失望不已!泰式炸蝦餅相反泰式炸蝦餅炸得非常可口，又十分彈牙，加上蝦味濃郁，實在令我們吃過不停!海南雞母親大人一向都是海南雞的粉絲，所以我們點了半只海南雞飯來享用。海南雞早已被拆骨，所以吃上去特別方便。而肉質又相當嫩滑，不過肉香味比較淡，所以感覺有點失色!泰式炒雜菜雜菜炒得香口之餘，又清甜可口，還充滿蒜香味，味道不錯!香芒牛柳芒果相當香甜，不過牛柳的肉香味不夠濃郁，加上整道菜又炒得不夠香囗，又是一碟令人失望的菜色!雖然這裏的泰式炸蝦餅和泰式炒雜菜都做得相當出色，但其餘的菜式都令人相當失望，相信我們再次光顧這餐廳的機會不大!

母親大人一向都是海南雞的粉絲，所以我們點了半只海南雞飯來享用。
