To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不夠飽的魚六寶河

晚上不想吃太飽決定以粉麵代替飯在此店發現從未見過的魚六寶河便叫了一碗試試六寶分別是魚蛋，魚皮餃，魚扎，墨魚丸，豬肉丸和魚片全部各1粒魚蛋很彈牙魚皮餃不算好食與平常街市買的差不多魚扎挺有特色也是六寶中比較突出的食物餡料有點似素菜墨魚丸挺好的只是我食完黏牙豬肉丸和魚片很一般沒有突出之處河粉份量不多不過配上豬骨湯底味道不錯食完只有5成飽最後付了32元以份量作標準不算太抵食最可惜是沒有加底因為加底只是5元不算太貴

魚蛋很彈牙
魚皮餃不算好食
與平常街市買的差不多
魚扎挺有特色
也是六寶中比較突出的食物

餡料有點似素菜
墨魚丸挺好的
只是我食完黏牙
豬肉丸和魚片很一般
沒有突出之處

河粉份量不多
不過配上豬骨湯底
味道不錯


食完只有5成飽
最後付了32元
以份量作標準
不算太抵食

最可惜是沒有加底
因為加底只是5元
不算太貴
