To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我成日都聽人介紹呢間米線，但最近先真係試到，可惜嗰日個胃唔太掂，食唔到麻辣，淨係叫咗沙爹湯，不過呢碗沙爹湯米線加埋上滷肉都唔錯。首先，米線嘅質地真係好出色，係我鍾意嘅口感。佢嘅口感比較軟，但掛到湯又吸到沙爹嘅味。每一口都帶嚟滿滿嘅滿足感，真係令人愛不釋手。其次，沙爹湯嘅湯底獨特而精彩。佢以花生醬同各種香料熬煮而成，味道濃郁而醇厚，帶有微妙嘅辣味同微甜嘅滋味。呢種湯底同米線嘅結合，創造咗一種令人難以抗拒嘅美味。滷肉雖然唔多，但肉質鮮嫩，唔係平時食嘅咁鞋。佢吸收咗湯汁嘅滋味，帶嚟一種濃郁嘅肉香同鮮甜嘅味道，同米線同湯底相互融合，營造咗一種令人難以忘懷嘅美味。雖然呢碗沙爹湯米線嘅價錢稍高，但係味道真係值得。佢嘅口感同風味絕對能夠讓你感受到物超所值嘅美食體驗。
