我心中經常有個問號，為何美式西餐煮的雞扒總是又鞋又靱？其實去超巿求其買塊雞扒肉，醃後去皮煎已經很腍啦。像這個「Ruby Tuesday」的「Chicken Caesar Salad 」$148，雞肉塊是鞋到不得了，猶如老人臉一般乾，再加杯「星期二特飲」，藥水味一堆，唔飲無損失。
