To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二人晚飯，所安排的烤爐底部有些廢紙，應該是之前顧客將訂單或紙巾都掉下去燒，但又燒不盡，當肉類油脂滴落去就會燃燒並搶火，且久久不熄，所燒出來是黑煙及臭味，將上面的肉燻黒，吃不了。職員無法即時清理，又沒有另一個座位，只可忍受。打開櫃桶，紙巾上面有蟲。架上醬汁只剩少許，倒出要花點功夫。晚飯時段人多，職員到我旁邊清理時，因太趕急，竟然將清潔劑噴向我身上，但一聲不响就走開，連一句說話也沒說。燒肉·unliked
