To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不要吃滑蛋豬排飯～～～～～～～～～～～食物：滑蛋豬排飯滑蛋：味道很怪，好像有芥末味。滑蛋破壞整個飯。我本身很喜歡吃蛋的，但這個蛋真的很難食。最後我還要將蛋分開才吃豬排：不算太好食，以這個價錢這樣的質量也差不多～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～金飯碗其他東西其實都可以，例如陽春麵等、蒸飯、兩／三餸飯
