To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日見早收工就係鵝頸橋底嗰間三哥米線到用餐，當時大約10:15左右，入到門口就有個侍應講“我地收11點，O唔Ok?'”當時我話“冇問題”之後我點餐，點完唔夠1秒，我同侍應講想加多個餸，有個著黑衫企收銀職員就即刻講“落左單，冇得加！折左單”！！個态度好差，之後隔離枱D客人話野就可以，算點先，最離普就不斷入客，，都算，上枱的米線，味道不如之前，湯底淡淡，正當我一路食一路有四個侍應企係我前面睇住我食咁，都算，到10:40就即刻有個侍應走埋來話要埋單先！我個湯米線先食左一半，咁好啦，放低快子銀包出來時，又有個侍應行埋來問“我碗米線仲要唔要！！”想點先！！！我只想安安靜靜食個米線，都可以食到咁激氣！！唔想入客做生意，就早D出聲，唔好要客人來食麵都食到咁，個黑衫職員應係主任之類，個她态度差都連茶餐廳D阿叔都不如！！希望有高層職員再从新改善他們的工作态度一
