To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日又做了電燈泡~ 一家之煮跟米飯班主去睇戲,小妹又拉著他們的衫尾,跟他們一起睇戲食飯啦~ 今日就選了他倆最愛的中餐啦~ 六時許的上海婆婆人流還沒有很旺盛,不用等位也不用訂位就能輕鬆入座~先點一碟蔬菜打打底,蘆筍炒百合,蘆筍青翠新鮮,百合粉身帶爽,加點紅蘿蔔,就像是萬綠叢中一點紅,美觀又美味~一家之煮愛吃叉子,所以點了松子雞米配叉子給她~ 一客四件脆卜卜叉子,把滿滿的餡兒塞在叉子中,一口咬下,美味又滿足!突然間很想吃松子黃魚,所以又點了~ 本來很擔心會很大碟,還好也沒有很大,3-4人分食剛剛好~ 黃魚炸的外層香脆而肉質依然嫩滑,蘸點甜酸醬汁,開胃美味~ 醬汁中的菠蘿、松子也不能錯過,很美味的呀~蘿蔔絲酥餅一客三件超飽滿的!酥脆的外層沾了些芝麻,令蘿蔔絲酥餅的香氣更迷人,蘿蔔絲餡切成粗絲,口感豐富,味道清甜,不錯!平時大多會點一碟炒麵,但今日想清淡一點,所以改點雲吞湯麵~ 湯頭清清的,麵身煙韌不黏糊,雲吞一口一粒而且菜肉的比例剛好,配菜只是簡單的蛋絲、蔥花及芽菜,平淡但洽到好處~最後加點的生煎包卻令我們後悔不已... 樣子不對板,每一件都是扁扁的,底部就像油浸生煎包一樣~ 包身尚算鬆軟,

最後加點的生煎包卻令我們後悔不已... 樣子不對板,每一件都是扁扁的,底部就像油浸生煎包一樣~ 包身尚算鬆軟,但底部不脆,就像咬了一口肥油一樣,豬肉餡黏糊而肥膩,整個包子的熱度溫溫吞吞的,不合格!
