黎到依道必定要點佢地嘅Signature dish 國王派(Pithiver),中間嘅餡料會定時轉換,而小編當日就係配乳鴿同鵝肝😌呢個類似beef wellington既外貌已經非常吸引,表皮光亮,花紋完整,令人好想即刻切開睇下入面😍

生牛肉他他都係其中一樣餐廳既signature 🏅食過好多唔同餐廳嘅版本,呢度嘅牛肉他他唔會韌帶少少酸味,中間有啲capers做配搭😎亦唔會落太多生洋蔥搶左個味食落好fresh,撈埋雞蛋黃一齊食感覺再滑身啲🤓

有得揀配薯條或者沙律,可惜嗰日餐廳個焗爐壞咗只可以揀沙律🤨但沙律出奇地有誠意,入邊配左青蘋果片,醃洋蔥同開心果粒,個開心果粒驚人地脆,而且香味極濃,最後成個沙律清晒😜

呢一間嘅完美蛋每一期都一樣有唔同嘅配搭,今次就係配蘆筍、牛肝菌同黃酒醬🤡個配搭都幾balance,略嫌蘆筍有啲大舊,如果每樣野再細啲就更岩點麵包😈

對上一次小編朋友食過一個配搭係開心果仁粒,麵包糠同蘑菇,大家下次見到呢個配搭都可以試吓✌🏼

鴨胸相比其他菜式就略為失色😵‍💫外表依然非常吸引,色澤粉嫩,薄切鴨胸下墊有南瓜汁🦆可惜食落卻略嫌難以咀嚼,肉汁唔多,當中亦有筋位😥而且表皮煎得唔夠,缺少焦香味及香脆口感🫠所以雖然調味唔錯,但口感影響整體感覺😿
