首先講下前菜,溫泉蛋配上薯仔芝士泡沫,脆麵包,將蛋汁同泡沫拌勻,連脆麵包一齊放入口,好有層次,調味都做得好好,好似飲緊稠湯咁。

燒伊比利亞豬,好香口,豬肉燒得好腍,一啲都唔膻,不過食多幾件有少少油膩。

最後是芝士拼盤,有兩款芝士配上麵包,blue cheese非常香!

朋友的朱古力心太軟都好好味,好香濃嘅朱古力😋

很喜歡這間餐廳的放鬆悠閒氛圍,很有法國慵懶的感覺,

賣相令人即刻想打卡,蛋黃在牛肉他他上好吸睛,戳穿蛋黃一下好治癒,拌勻生牛肉後口感更滑溜,牛肉和醬汁相輔相成,能突出牛肉的鲜味。

餐廳的招牌菜之一,上桌酥皮香氣撲鼻,切開餡料的氣味已經很吸引,由乳鴿、鵝肝、菜組成,鵝肝的豐腴與乳鴿的鮮嫩好合拍,而且食落依然有肉汁,讓人能吃到豐富的層次感,最特別之處是吃完都不會覺得太膩滯,下次再訪亦值得再食!
