Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前中午幫襯過呢幢大廈地下間燒肉店,仲發現樓上有唔少餐廳。我𥄫過吓位於一樓嘅「The Wall Street Bar & Lounge 」嘅餐牌,望落好似唔錯,就決定搵晚放工嚟試吓😛。餐廳環境好舒服同乾淨,樓底高、裝修靚,無一般酒吧咁嘈吵同污煙漳氣,其中仲有唔少打卡位添📸,不過就適合齋飲嘢多啲。大家留意返,由於呢度採用酒吧經營模式,所以入場係要持有快測結果㗎,但如果無,餐廳會以成本價發售,好貼心。每一位店員都好有禮貌,抵讚👍。四式芝士薄餅($128),🍕Pizza呈長條形,感覺有啲似彼得包,並非好薄好脆嗰種,反而幾有咬口。芝士雖無拉絲效果,但鹹香十足,唔會過膩,四種芝士融為一體,包括Mozzarella、Mascarpone、Gran Moravia Hard同埋Blue Cheese。芝士莧菜焗大蝦($98),呢道菜式比起4 Cheese Pizza有更多芝士🧀,更邪惡!佢有些少似芝士火鍋,有一大兜熱溶咗嘅芝士汁,如果配麵包蘸嚟食一流。芝士入面放咗BB菠菜同五隻大蝦🦐,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,菠菜多啲就完美喇。傳統意式卡邦尼意粉($148),🍝意粉屬正常發揮,相對其他食物無咁驚艷。卡邦尼醬汁口

意大利芝士蛋糕($58),佢係變種版嘅提拉米蘇Tiramisu,質感同傳統款式相反。佢無又濕又軟嘅芝士層,反而係類似冰糕咁硬邦邦,好鬼得意🧊。不過味道上分別唔大,富有咖啡酒香☕️。我唔敢講佢係最好食,但就一定係最有特色之一,而且造型勁靚,有馬卡龍同食用花花點綴。

焗蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕($58),🍎熱辣辣嘅蘋果批好大個,酥皮焗得好掂,口感鬆化,無油臆味;中間嘅蘋果蓉酸度恰到好處,配冰凍甜甜嘅雲呢拿雪糕食相映成趣🍨。題外話,甜品要預早嗌定啊,隔離枱過咗Last Order無得食,用羡慕嘅眼神望住我哋,哈哈🤣。

總括嚟講,Wall Street係一間不平凡嘅酒吧餐廳🍸🍽,佢各方面都令人好滿意。另一邊廂,佢仲推廣生酮飲食,以切合唔同人士嘅需要。不過同時就有部份食物要早一日預訂,例如芝士蛋糕。如果朋友想去尖沙咀食飯飲嘢,我會推介嚟呢度啊~🌟!
