Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同朋友都好鍾意食米線，經常會去試一啲網上流傳話好味嘅米線今次知道荃灣開咗間新嘅好食米線於是就去試吓啦。呢間鋪頭11點半就開啦，已經係門口有四至五個人等緊，咁入到去呢就感覺都幾乾淨！食完12點3左右都唔算好多人價錢合適，一般食米線嘅鋪頭啦都比較齋，只有米線食，但係呢呢一間呢就會有埋沙律，好適合想減肥嘅女士去平時食米線都會叫雞翼尖嘅，呢一間呢嘅雞翼尖呢就都唔會太林啦又入味可以值得推介我就比較喜歡啊有湯嘅米線，但係呢個涼拌功夫面呢都比我好大驚喜，因為非常開胃同埋味道都好足。
