To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天下午有事做，剛剛又在附近銀行入錢，所以貪方便就勉強在雲峰吃，其實因為之前有過不愉快經驗，可勉則勉都不會在這裏吃。叫了午餐，雪菜肉絲炆米$39，另外凍央少冰加$2。凍央少冰上枱後，發覺無甜，叫女侍應幫忙加甜，這個女侍應黑口黑臉已經是常態。雪菜肉絲炆米，等了廿五分鐘以上先來，真係有些火😡，結果我只有五分鐘吃完一大碟米粉。論味道只屬一般又不太差。其實已經是下午茶時間，餐廳客人不多，居然一碟雪菜肉絲炆米要等廿五分鐘，真係太過份，加上又碰到黑面女侍應，只可講很無奈，下次不再來便是。
