到東涌走走, 整個商場也很多人! 四周閒逛時發現在地庫層開了家日式居酒屋, 不就銅鑼灣的那家嗎??? 門外看見餐牌, 價錢相當吸引, 決定一試!餐廳以酒樽作門前裝飾, 以木及石為設計主調, 很有特色呢! 海鮮沙律 $98 ~ 沙律雜菜新鮮爽脆, 大量魚生及帶子刺身厚切, 不是邊角料呢! 醬汁微酸的很開胃, 紫菜絲起了點睛作用!串燒盛合 $128 ~ 日本產豚肉串、牛肉金菇卷串、牛肉壽喜燒串、車厘茄煙肉卷串、粟米燒! 每款也燒得很香, 滿滿肉汁, 很滋味! 比起單點價錢便宜很多呢!厚切牛舌串燒 $38 ~ 很厚很厚, 肉質嫩滑沒羶味, 超讚! 鹽燒鯖魚 $78 ~ 燒得很香, 皮很脆! 開邊的原條鯖魚, 不是平常看到的鯖魚件, 原汁原味! 油脂很豐富, 完全沒有腥味, 天然甘甜, 超愛!
