To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間飯店我由靚仔食到变老野起碼有5O年好多時会由荃灣駕車去買燒肉反每次燒肉新鲜 熱辣辣皮脆肉香不過最近發現食物差左今年初到永合隆買左1合燒肉反'發現啲燒肉凍嘅(反就熱.)初時以為係間中点知最近二次都係咁又期夲星期一下午约6時買左6份1乳豬(2佰元)另7O元叉燒但回家后(约半小時)發現乳都又凍皮又淋义燒好像燒燶樹皮肉冇法咬得入另斬燒肉啲師父問十句說話只答一句未問完就攞旧乳都比你(未经同意)自從老闆走左后就变差左希望以后有所改善
