To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經係5月17號既事, 我一個禮拜前已經諗住去鯉魚門食海鮮, 預先睇定openrice邊間好食, 仲係當日下午一點幾兩點打定電話訂埋枱, 留埋電話, 接線個位先生仲好好禮貌咁話”多謝哂”先收線, 諗住咁好服務態度實會唔錯啦, 點知……..我訂左7:30pm, 6位, 準時到達, 見到門口已經有好幾批人係度等緊, 入去同其中一個肥肥地既職員講話訂左枱, 佢望一望我同老公, 然後就繼續睇佢手頭上d紙, 我地以為佢幫我地攪緊, 點知等左一陣, 又有個阿嬸埋嚟同阿肥職員話訂左枱, 仲話唔知乜野”阿德訂既, 8點鐘, 12位”, 個肥職員話未有位, 點知轉個頭有另一個職員就安排左佢地入去, 我見咁既情形, 梗係捉住個職員問多次有無位啦, 佢居然搵唔到我訂枱個名, 仲要周圍搵d紙, 我連佢舖頭個電話都即刻講得出, 肯定無打錯, 佢就叫我地等等, 等……. , 等左10分鐘都未有下文, 我同佢講, “我訂左枱都無位, 我去第二間食”, 佢都無理到我地, 於是我地就走左去 “龍騰”度食, 剩係招呼都唔同d.經過呢次, 我諗我唔會再去快樂, 仲話服務好, 啍! 幾好食都無用啦!
