To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假後的lunch，我同fd走左去食我地經常平食既譚仔米線，雖然地方座位唔算得好舒服，但好在座位與座位之間都有空間感，都不過不失呀勝在食物好食，所以多期都好多人幫襯!今次我叫左碗豬膶雞肉清湯米線，因為假期食得好多野所以揀左清湯底，雖然清湯底清清地得黎味道都唔錯嫁，豬膶口感好好切厚薄適中爽爽地，唔會太淋，味道又好，雞肉嫩滑有雞味鹹鹹地好好味，加埋配菜芽菜蔥花，芽菜清甜爽口，加埋蔥花既香味食落更加惹味，加多杯香港特式飲品之一既冰檸檬茶，夠晒茶香味，少少甜岩岩好!
