To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日去開北角, 特登搜尋有咩美食。見呢間係米芝蓮推介, 行10分鐘都要過去試吓。 鋪仔啲裝修好似啲粉麵舖, 其實冇乜裝修更加好，因為唔會將啲開支轉介去食客, 嗰日去到12點左右, 未到食晏時間已經多人。佢有好多套餐都係包咗煎鍋貼, 我嗰日叫咗鍋貼同生煎包套餐包咗個酸辣湯, $60, 如果好食價錢一啲都唔貴。 平時我係唔食酸辣湯嘅，因為太辣同太酸， 一試佢個酸辣湯即刻覺得好好飲, 唔太酸唔太辣,啲料又足, 又開胃夏天真係好適合。 佢主打嘅鍋貼同生煎包都好出色， 無論係個餡定個外皮, 都做得好好！生煎包個餡啲油,汁同個餡比例啱啱好。鍋貼都好味。佢個餡啲肉做得好好，唔會明顯有豬肉味, 食過一定會返轉頭。 果然名副其實米芝蓮👍🏻
