To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工黎荃灣同男朋友一齊搵好野食，網上見到超具人氣既日式料理小店，供應唔同菜式，包括石燒牛、壽司刺身、牛肉火鍋、日式意粉同漢堡等，十分多元化！難得黎到梗係試一試佢地既招牌野—香草石燒牛定食，見到好多枱都有叫，好受歡迎～最值得讚既係選用牛肉靚，好有牛味，而且肉質鮮嫩，只需將兩邊略略燒一燒，就已經食得～而男朋友叫左risotto，佢話黑松露好香，配搭上煮得剛好的Risotto，絕對不會像其他餐廳的意大利飯予人油膩感，而且帶子都好大隻，整體來說HKD88，性價比很高～最後炸粗薯條都好正，加上鹹蛋黃，成件事好邪惡啊！
