Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 問題1.我地一行五人, 7:00到, 但第一輪已開始, 講明8:15務必交枱, 我地打算邊食邊傾偈, 時間太趕, 所以改食8:15第二輪。 在附近逛到7:50再番去, 有幾枱客走了都唔比入, 我見有其他人都問為何有這政策, 要客人企晒係門口等都唔比入, 我覺得係想被人覺得這餐廳多人排隊, 做成人頭湧湧景象⋯⋯好, 等到8:15, 可以入座, 但見隔離枱仲食緊, 問下待應唔係強制8:15埋單咩, 佢又支吾以對, 話呢枱遲到遲入座, 又話熟客, 咁即係講一套做一套啦問題2.我地叫左個6人套餐, 唔駛5分鐘, 茶都未到餸已上枱, 仲一上上左6個,有無搞錯,前菜都未食, 就咩都上齊咁制, 係咪趕收工趕到咁? 一心諗住傾下偈, 偈傾唔到, 個個拼命食, 勁辛苦, 上到第6個, 我都忍唔住出聲叫待應唔好再上, 餸無位再放, 我地食唔切, 餸又快涷,同行友人講食呢餐衰過食澳牛, 又急又趕, 好似去打仗⋯⋯成個食通天, 我諗唔係話好多客人, 點解有咁嘅生意手法? 唔理味道好唔好食, 但呢餐真係食到唔開心, 但有一樣野可以肯定, 一定無下次, 另外唔會推薦比朋友囉.....去食大快活好過
