To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過幾多次唔記得了，呢間應是香港最抵食又新鮮日本餐廳之一，而且好啱小朋友，每次必食食物有：炙燒黑椒三文魚，炙燒黑椒熟蝦，軟殼蟹手卷，炸雞亦。近來開始欣賞甜蝦壽司。我必點就是燒牛肉壽司，好大一塊牛肉，加上少少辣椒醬，好惹味。油甘魚，好抵食，非常新鮮，口感爽脆，有魚香但無腥味，上有洋蔥，令到口感很清爽。呢排都出左新品，可以來試下。譬如鱈魚芝士卷，好香口。香辣單骨雞亦，有少少辣味，小朋友亦可以嘗試下。服務一如既往很好。
