To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年的大閘蟹姍姍來遲,也聽說受天氣影響,品質也不及從前的高。但無論如何,愛吃大閘蟹的香港人,這是每年一次的盛會。這次被安排了別開生面的宴會,由幾家餐廳以大閘蟹設計菜式,讓我們一次過品嚐不同餐廳的出品,中西菜式俱全。蟹粉牛角包由牛角包名店urban bakery即場示範。蟹粉加入蔥及香草調味,上面放上黑魚子,再厚厚的放入牛角包中,是美味又邪惡的組合!鬆化酥香的牛角包配上口感如忌廉般的蟹粉,鮮味甜味同時在口中擴散,雖說售價要百多元,但以材料來說,絕對合理,要吃就趁早向店方預訂啊。芝士焗蟹蓋是Café Landmark出品,滿滿的蟹肉混合了芝士,面層焗得金黃而香脆,內裡是鮮味無比的蟹肉,蟹肉份量是驚人的,差不多連蟹蓋也被淹沒了!這是要預訂的菜式,要吃的話要事先通知餐廳。金湯蟹肉燴燕窩賣相出色,燕窩的份量十足,香濃的南瓜湯底,入口香甜,配上同樣鮮甜的蟹肉,味道一致之餘亦互相提昇!陳釀芙蓉大閘蟹五兩重大閘蟹大小適中,內裡是澎湃的膏,甘香豐腴澄,油潤肥美。底層的蛋白混合了花雕並吸引了大閘蟹的精華,芳香撲鼻,絕不要錯過。酒釀松子脆魚方炸得鬆脆甘香的魚柳,放在炸米方塊上,再配以黃酒造的醬汁,魚肉嫩滑,

畔塘五秀炒蝦腰
雖然我喜歡吃肉,但一頓飯也總要來點菜吧。大大的蝦仁,晶瑩剔透,炒得恰到好處,入口爽脆。一般而言,在外邊吃的炒菜,因為要保持翠綠及上碟好看,一般也偏油。然而這味菜,油的份量也控制得剛剛好,不會吃得一咀油。

大閘蟹意大利麵粉
一直的菜式也非常令人滿意,去到最後仍是貫徹始終的精彩。由Café
Landmark主理的意大行粉,伴隨的又是一整個蟹蓋的蟹肉,在座嘩聲四起,拆好了的鮮甜蟹肉,啖啖送進口中,也真爽。另外,混入了蟹粉的忌廉汁,滑不溜口,份量也是控制得剛剛好又不會令你覺得飽滯。
薑茶甜湯丸
吃大閘蟹又怎能沒有薑茶?這個薑茶不溫不火,薑的辛辣慢慢的在喉嚨滲出來,在吃了公認為是寒涼的大閘蟹後,來暖暖胃就最為舒服了!
